No. The coaching principles that I use, and the tools that I teach, can be applied to any life situation: mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual.
No. I am a mind coach. Think of me as a personal trainer for your mind. I teach you how to manage your mind so that you can follow the treatment plan that your doctor has designed for you. Usually that plan involves decreasing stress in your life, as well as making nutrition and lifestyles changes. Most people know exactly what they “should” be doing, but sometimes putting it into practice isn’t as easy. That’s where I come in. We make it fun, and simple, and get you on your way to happy and healthy.
No. Everyone needs to eat and exercise for their own bio-individuality. Only you will know what that is. My job is to help you discover what that is, and then give you the tools to follow it. Once you tap into your bio-individuality and learn to manage your mind, you will never need another “expert” or diet to tell you what to eat, how much to eat, or when to eat. Complete freedom!
